Where small businesses should actually start with AI

The hardest part of AI for most small businesses is not the technology. It is knowing where to begin.

Owners hear that AI changes everything, look at a hundred tools, and freeze. The honest answer is that you do not start with a strategy. You start with one task that wastes real time every week.

Pick the task by the clock, not the hype

We look for work that is repetitive, time-boxed, and a little dreaded. Chasing overdue invoices. Sorting the inbox. Replying to the same five customer questions. Pulling Friday’s numbers together by hand.

If a task happens often, follows roughly the same steps each time, and a person would rather not do it, that is a candidate.

Prove it small, then widen

We build the smallest useful version, wire it into the tools you already use, and put a human approval step on anything that leaves the building. Once it earns trust, we widen it.

That is the whole method. One task, proven, then the next one.
